1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ezEvents platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ezEvents is an event management platform that provides tools for creating digital invitations, managing guest lists, tracking pledges and contributions, and facilitating event-related communications. Our services include but are not limited to invitation design, WhatsApp/SMS delivery, pledge management, and event analytics.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be at least 18 years of age to use this Service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harass others
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Collect user data without proper consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

5. Payments and Pricing

Regarding payments:

• All prices are displayed in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS)
• Payment is required before service delivery
• Prices may change without prior notice
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes

6. Service Delivery

Regarding message and invitation delivery:

• We make every effort to deliver messages promptly
• Delivery depends on third-party services (WhatsApp, SMS providers)
• We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect contact information
• Message delivery is subject to recipient's device and network availability

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ezEvents and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us:

• A license to use, store, and display your content to provide the Service
• Permission to share your content as directed by you (e.g., sending invitations)
• The right to remove content that violates these Terms

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ezEvents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service's reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tanzania.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
